This graph helps product teams take prioritization and planning to a new and higher level.

Standard prioritization tools -- i.e., spreadsheets -- take into account a given feature's value, effort, and urgency. But on all but the simplest of products, that just isn't enough. This graph looks at product in a holistic way, from the product itself (the use cases it addresses and is perceived to address), the platform that underlies it (capability automation and integration), the people that it impacts (how users and information flow around, into, through, and out of the application), and finally the performance it drives (value created for customers and captured for ourselves). These aspects of product are overlaid with company/team OKRs to transparently highlight which features are most critical, allowing effort/urgency tradeoffs to be considered knowing each feature's value in full context.
