How could we enhance the existing customer experience? Along with the impacted teams, we built a consumer journey through several workshops: Ideation, Empathy map, User journey and Service design. The goal was to identify the pain points and how we could transform them in opportunities to enhance the global customer experience (website, CRM, E-Commerce). This allowed our vertical teams to take a step back at their own vision, and sensitize our business users to the customer experience.
